2017 Academic Career Path Cohort Program

Academic Career Path Cohort participants will select from one of six areas of interest, including: 1) Pre-Health Professions, 2) Sciences and Mathematics, 3) Engineering, 4) Public Policy, Political Science and Education, 5) Business, and 6) Arts & Humanities.  Within these categories, two to three critical introductory courses have been selected for students to choose from.  The courses will expose students to a more focused area of interest, or to a course that is a necessary requirement for a major under the broader category.  However, many of the courses are general requirements that may be applicable to another area of interest as well. In addition to being paired with other students interested in a particular area of study, students will take part in structured weekly programs, events, and activities offered Monday through Thursday.

For more information about the Career Paths and Courses Offered please download the 2017 Summer Academy Information Packet.
