Students Studying

The 2018 Application Is CLOSED.

Before beginning an application, please SEE INSTRUCTIONS below.  The application is online and must be completed in one sitting or the information will be lost and the system will require you to start over.

  1. Request an unofficial copy of your current high school transcript.
  2. Request a letter of recommendation from a teacher or guidance counselor, speaking to your academic abilities as well as your overall demeanor as a student.
  3. Once you have received your transcript copy and recommendation letter, create a digital copy of both documents, as the online application will require you to upload both files in order to submit the application.

Note: Incomplete applications or failure to submit required attachment(s) may result in a delay in the assessment of your application. Students interested in taking course(s) during Summer Session B need to make sure the course(s) will not conflict with their Fall 2018 term schedule at their high school.

Important Reminder: If the class you want requires you to take a placement exam [Hispanic Studies (Spanish)], other Foreign languages, or Math, you must sign up for a placement exam date. Students are required to turn in a completed Summer Academy application before they can register for an exam. Students will need a student identification number to sign up for an exam date. The Summer Academy acceptance letter will include a student identification number]  Click here for detailed Placement Exam Information.
